Thirty years ago, bourbon was on the rocks.  Now distillers can't keep up with demand, and millions of tourists are pouring into Kentucky not only to drink bourbon, but to see how it's made.  What lead to this unprecedented boom?  Can it continue?  Is it good or bad for bourbon consumers?  We'll discuss these issues and more while enjoying three examples of the power of barrel strength.
